Section 23 is looking for candidates to run for the Board


ATTENTION SECTION 23 PROPERTY OWNERS


The Nominating Committee for the Section 23 Property Owners Association is now accepting resumes from Section 23 property owners who are interested in being a candidate for the election to the Board of Directors.

If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors as a volunteer member, please submit your resume to the Section 23 Property Owners Association office.

ATTENTION SECTION 23 PROPERTY OWNERS:


LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS


    The Board of Directors is currently looking for volunteers to serve on the Deed Restriction Committee. We are in need of people to serve as inspectors to identify deed restriction violations. Section 23 POA will train and orient all volunteers who feel they have some time to give to their community. The full responsibility of owner contacts and legal action will remain solely with the Board of Directors.

    If you are a Section 23 property owner and are interested in serving on the Deed Restriction Committee please contact Ron Woods, at the Association office 941-764-6674, for more information.

Financial Statements for fiscal year 2007-2008


   The Financial Statements for fiscal year 2007-2008 are available for review by Section 23 property owners. Make your request to the Section 23 Property Owners Association if you would like a copy.

Addressing the Board of Directors


   Anyone interested in addressing the Board of Directors must submit a request to be on the agenda one week prior to the meeting they wish to attend. This request can be made in writing or by completing the request form that is available at the Association office.
